Beverages will be available for purchase during the meeting and attendees are invited to stay for dinner afterwards.

All Republicans, conservatives and patriotic Americans committed to Republican victories in November are welcome to attend.

Acting Chairman Diane Bronsdon will preside. There will be an election for a permanent chairman, so all elected members are urged to attend. All elected members have received a list of all elected members with contact information. Any elected member is eligible for election as chairman. Our presidential preference primary is Tuesday, March 1. If for whatever reason you can't get to the polls on Election Day you can apply for an absentee ballot. Click on the link for an application for an absentee ballot.

absentee_ballot application.pdf

Print it out (two pages), fill it out, date and sign it and mail both pages to your Town Clerk. (It's a self mailer if you can print both sides of one page; otherwise, just put both pages in an envelope and mail or deliver the envelope to the Town Clerk's Office.) Absentee ballots should be available at the Town Clerk's offices around the middle of February and one will be sent to you. You can also go to the Town Clerk's office in person to fill out an Application and, if the official ballots have arrived by then, you can also vote right then and there. Call the Town Clerk's Office to find out if the official ballots have arrived if you want to go vote in person. You can do that right up to the day before March 1 if you are to be out of town on March 1.
